I'm searhing for information on my great great grandfather Aitman (Eightman, Akeman) born 1822 had a daughter named Amelia Ateman who married Valmont Larose. Aitman died 1922 in Beggs, La. he had been married to woman name Martha and i think Rachel. I heard reports he was a black Indian? with long long hair and lots of property.
