Thanks for the info and for looking out. Long stretches is about all I have with this family. Before my 101 cousin passed away, she told me in one of my interviews that Ella Glayson and another cousin, Booker Nance were cousins. I'm still trying to make that connection. What is puzzling also is that I found a draft registration for a Joseph Glason born 1890 in Dyersburg, TN (Dyer County) which is close to Crockett County. It's all confusing. I thought that maybe they all were cousins instead of siblings until I saw niece and nephew beside the children's names. George's wife, Allice did remarry to a Dixon Wills.

I'll check out the new info and you're right the name has been really mangled.
