I, too, was simply mesmerized. I thought-- what integrity and what courage!

Please note, Mr.Kiesling is not the Ambassador, but a Political Counselor. A friend from the Foreign Service just brought this to my attention. Nevertheless, this is an excellent and thoughtfully written resignation.
