In this world of today, clear and balanced thinking is analogous to dancing on the razor’s edge. In this present climate of thinking - i.e. Fox News et al - to express clear and balanced though processes constitutes a mental disorder.
If that be the case, Carol M. Swain has a serious mental disorder.

I say this because of the following personal opinions I have:

The dominant culture has begun to publicly use pedestrian language in the political arena. 1.) I remember hearing the senate chair read the decorum for addressing the floor after a Senator from Pennsylvania’s amusing ’antics’ on the senate floor. He was later jailed and ran an unsuccessful campaign to recapture his senate seat form jail. 2.) I heard our President put a contract out on an elected leader of a country. 3.) I heard O’Riley publicly call Leroy Jones the poet “ a lunatic.”

Lately, I have been hanging around Blackelectorate.Com because......because....or maybe...just because. I can’t explain it.

Back to Carol Swain. I recently saw an article written by her on Booker T. Washington Vs. Dubois. A very balanced comparison in my opinion. I will say it was the best I’ve seen to date.

For me,it is hard to write like this. The situation is so multi-fractional. And with the present situation in this world, it is almost impossible to have the ’mental disorder’-clear and balanced thinking- of Ms. Swain. Take a look-see at her web site.
