Reuters News reports Swedish scientists have discovered that drinking alcoholic beverages increases the risk of breast cancer in women who are doing hormone replacement therapy.
We need to check this info and use it to help ourselves and our relatives and friends.
Lemme break it down: If you drink "moderately"(?) or heavily (!) and you're also taking hormone therapy, you are giving yourself a terrible chance to develop breast cancer.
So... on top of whatever else may be happening in your life, you don't really want to add breast cancer to your load. Not to mention the cost, the illness, and adding a strong possibility of early death.
Cut out regular drinking of all hard liquor. Scotch whisky, vodka, gin. Right now - this minute - today. Instead, maybe have no more than one glass a day of red or white wine - and not even every day.
Red wine can actually good for your heart when drunk in small amounts. I would try some of that organic wine and skip the ones with "sulfites" added. And if you don't like the taste, don't bother to drink it! Your taste buds are trying to tell you something.
Drink organic juices: carrot, apple, CRANBERRY; and drink lots of water.
