Thanks for posting this. As a group we have got to get better at keeping an eye out for this. We know that it is usually National Library Week (April) or Family History Month (October) when they tend to do this. Can't recall if they have ever done it during February.

I am just getting back from the Ohio Genealogical Society's conference in Cleveland, and in one of my sessions, in which I was discussing the Cleveland Gazette, an attendee asked about access to the black newspapers at Proquest--if I had read this post, they could have gotten a few hours of searching in.
