You guys know how crazy I am about social columns. They are so valuable to genealogical research.

Recently I was tracking a family from Pennsylvania into New Jersey. During the process I came across columns for the Garden State in a number of AA papers. Quite impressive was the large number of Jersey cities in the Afro American--this January 5, 1935 issue has a full page!
