Hi again. You might have to go forward and then back. 1880 census has Silas and Winnie still in westbrook in Sampson with 7 children. Mary 15. Julius 13, Archie 11, Marshall 8, Adger 5, Mattie 3, Doctor 1. See if you can get someone to do a 1930 census search on some of the younger or all of the children. There grand children still lives in west town, thats what people from other places call it. Its named after them and they'r all bright skinned. And contact some of them. Maybe they can tell you something. I don't know when I'm going back home, but when I do I will go and talk to Mr. Joe Seaver West and Sony Maynor, Those two keep up with their family pretty good.
