In the book FREE NEGRO HEADS OF FAMILIES IN UNITED STATES IN 1830, there is a listing of a man name ISAAC BLANCHARD. He was found in Ohio in the County od Belmont in the township of Colerain. They listed that there were 5 people in the family and the age range from 10-24. Would 24 be the age of ISAAC BLANCHARD, and could I find him listed in the 1840/1850 census. Did CARTER WOODSON get 1830 information from a census. I appreciated any help.
