Hi, here's an easy blender thing
for autumn

for September/October
(east coast)

using paw paws while they are in season

scoop out the pulp /discard the seeds
(or refrigerate them to plant later)

put pulp in blender
add milk (any type)

add plain yogurt if You'd
like it to be thicker.

add
honey or sugar to taste

a pinch of nutmeg and ice to blender

blend all -serve!

you can add a drop of vanilla
essence

but the paw paws around here
naturally taste like they have
Vanilla in them already, when they are
ripe
