I did find the name of the last person that I had contact with that some project going on, I will attempt to contact him and the city hall in the area of the cemetery.

It looks so bad that if you were driving alone the highway (area where my Dad is buried ) and was not from St. Louis you wouldn't know that a cemetery was there. My heart hurts so much to look at that. If they knew that after the other side of the cemetery was bought out that it would be no one to care for the remaining side they should had done something to help keep it up. So much happen and Mr. Bailey did as much as he could until they just kept fining him for money he did have. He really tried because his Dad is buried there. Let's keep in touch. I am in St. Louis are you here also? Maybe we can get some people to helps us....at least lead us in the right direction. I would like so much to visit his grave.
