Greetings Trottier is a name in my ancestry.( through ancestry.dna)
I dont really know how it got there, I have a lot of Benin/Togo DNA (in the double digits)

The Trottiers in my extended ancestry are from the area of Champlain, Les Chenaux, Quebec, Canada ( & there's 4 Marie Trottiers, Trotiers in that line) from the Early to mid 1700s in one family (they all have different middle names)

Do you know if Marie's Family had Benin/Togo DNA? or Do You have Senior/Segiur or
Sigur or Savoie surname form Haiti/Louisiana/SC (dorchester/ charleston) or the surnames Broussard, Bourda, Laroche, Muiz, Semere) in Your research?___t.b.
