What's so strange about eating dirt? Heck, my 2 year old granddaughter eats it everyday. She takes her food, goes to the sliding glass door in the kitchen, and rubs it into the dirt caught in the metal sliding runs of the door before she pops the food in her mouth. Makes me want to puke every single time I catch her doing it.
