... I give to my oldest son, 1) Dennett Witt, a Negro man named London and a Negro girl named Bet and her to increase

... I give to my first daughter, 2) Ann Sparks Fitzpatrick, a negro man named Joe.

... I give to my son David Witt, a negro girl named Jenny with her increase

... I also give to my son, William Witt a negro man named Dillard

... after the death of my wife Sally Witt, I give to my daughter 4) Celia Oglesby, one Negro man named, Gilah.  

... I also give to my grand-daughters Nancy and Sarah Oglesby, Daughters of my said Daughter Celia Oglesby, a Negro child named Nully to be divided between them in such manner as they may think proper when they become of age or marry

... after the death of my wife Sally Witt, I give to my daughter 5) Linny Wade, one Negro girl named Elser

... after the death of my wife, Sally Witt, I give to my son Burgess Witt for the proper aide and benefit of my daughter Dice Hamlet, a Negro woman named Hannah to be disposed of and ordered as the said Burgess Witt, trustee in trust shall think most to the benefit of the said Dice Hamelet,  I give and devise to the same trustee for the proper aide and benefit of my grandchildren, Sally, David, and Archilles (Archer) Hamlet, children of my daughter Dice Hamlet, one negro girl named Delphia with increase to be divided among them when they become of age or marry in such manner as they shall think proper
