... I give and bequeath to my son George Vinson my Negro woman called Phillis until she shall come to the age of 30 and then she shall have her freedom, also her child called Levin.

... I give to my son Benjamin my Negro man named Chester untill he becomes 30 and he shall have his freedom

... I Give to my daughter Polly Vinson one Negro Boy named Mingo until he becomes 30 and a Negro girl named Rose.

... I give to my daughter Betsey my Negro boy named Bob and my Negro Girl named Rhoda until they become 30.

... I give to my wife Mary Vinson one Negro man named Job and one Negro woman named Tabrue to her and her heirs and assigns forever.

Vinson/Vincent-GA-1839-47 1839 - Received from H & A.E. Bartow one negro boy named Frank about nine years old. Joshia Vinson On Jan. 5, 1847 - Received of Josiah Vincent(Vinson) Seven Hundred and Twenty five Dollars for payment for a negro woman named Mariah and her infant child named Mariah. Signed John D. Glafs(sp) These were both in Houston Co., GA now Peach Co., GA
