Vincent-VA-Will-1821 VINCENT, Joseph Will of VA 1821 Joseph Vincent Jr. lived all his life on a farm in Virginia. He married Lucy Jopling in 1802, in Kanawha Co. Va. [now West Va.]. There were at least seven children born of this marriage, possibly more.
