Turner, Mary, VA-1834

Record of Wills, Book 3, Page 143

31 March 1834.  "I, Mary Turner, ... will and devise that my
black man Henry be free when he is thirty years of age. 
Second that he belong to my daughter Mary Israel until the
expiration of the above mentioned time when he arrive to the
age of thirty years. ..."

     This is from the Ohio County, Virginia, Court, November
Term 1834.
