TARVER Frederick, Will Aug 1794 VA Frederick Tarver's Will In the name of God amen, I Frederick Tarver being weak of body of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament. First My Will and desire is that all my worldly debts be paid. Second I give and bequeath unto my Brother John tarver all my lands in the State of Georgia to him and his heirs forever. Third I give and bequeath unto my Brother Benjamin Tarver two negroe girls by the names of Beck and Amy to him and his Heirs forever. Fourth I give and bequeath unto my Brother Andrew Tarver all the residue of my estate to him and his heirs forever. Fifth I do make and ordain my Brother Andrew Tarver my whole and sole executor to this my last will and testament as Witnessed my hand and Seal this 28th day of August 1794.
