Stockholm-NY-1805

Know all men by these presents that I Hannah Stockholm of the town of Bushwick in Kings County and state of New York have for and in consideration of one hundred and seventy five dollars to me well and truly paid by Harman Stockholm of the town aforesaid the receit and payment whereof I do hereby acknolege and myself herewith to be fully sattisfyed and paid, have granted bargened and sold to the said Harman Stockholm and to his heirs and assigns forever

... a Negro Boy named TONEY aged about twenty years

and I do covenant with the said Harman Stockholm his heirs and assigns for myself and my heirs the property of the said Negro to them to warrant and forever to defend  I witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twelfth day of March 1805
