Stilly-KY-1836-Deed

I found the following in Calloway County, Kentucky Deed Book B, p. 81

We W. W. Bonner, N. Barnett, James Barnett and Alford Patton after being first sworn according to law, proceeded to value and lay off the dower of Elizabeth Turner formerly Elizabeth Stilly her dower to the estate of her deceased husband A. Stilly and do assign to her a negro boy named Pleasant as her equal third part Given under our hands this December 28, 1836.
