...the negro man BOB or ROBERT to be emancipated and set free at testator's death, and executor to take charge of him and retain him under his hand until he can be removed to some of the States or Territories, the laws of which will admit him as a free person of color, giving BOB his choice of which of those States or Territories he will emigrate. Testator appropriates the sum of $300 for that purpose to be held in trust for BOB's use in so moving, and the balance then for the purchase of land for his use and benefit...
