The House resumed the Adjourned Consideration of the second reading of the Residue of the Schedule to the Tax Bill. And the Schedule being read a second time, throughout. Resolved, That A325 be given as a Reward to a Negro Man named Maurice, belonging to the Estate of Henry Izard Esqr., deceased, for apprehending a Criminal who had committed several Murders. Resolved, That a Reward of A310 be given to a Negro Man named Frank, and the like Sum to a Negro Man named Tom, belonging to Miss Ann Blake, for apprehending a Negro Criminal. Ordered, That the said Sums be inserted in the Schedule to the Tax Bill...."
