Account Of Sale of Nicho Robinson

Can anyone help interpret the following sparse, cryptic details of the sale of Nicho Robinson? Could they have been buying the freedom of a slave or is there a more mundane explanation that someone who is steeped in Quaker lore might recognize? Incidentally Sugar Falkner was my GGG Grandfather and Hardy Falkner was his brother. Nicholas Robinson and Rebecca Brittin Robinson would have been my GGGG Grandfather and Grandmother.
