OKelly and Jane OKelly his wife in the county and State aforesaid of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of two thousand and nine hundred and ninety three dollars lawful money of the United to me in hand paid at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents by James H. Robertson of said and state of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained and sold and by these presents do grant and convey unto the said party of the second part his executors administrators and assigns the following property and slaves... ... one negro boy Bill dark complexion aged about twenty seven years, ... one negro girl Hannah aged thirty years and her child Clara aged four years, ... one negro girl Phillis aged twenty years and child Ben aged eight months, ... one bay horse about fourteen hands high, ... one brown bay mule about eleven hands high, ... one ward robe, ... one folding table, ... one hundred and fifty bushels of corn being the separate estates of said Jane OKelly, To have and to hold the same unto the said party of the second part his executors administrators and assigns forever.
