William Ridge - Rowan Co, NC

In the 1760's William Ridge of Salisbury, NC rented two of his slaves, Sam and Cate to the Wachovia Association of Salem, what was and is a Moravian community located in Winston-Salem, Forsyth Co, NC.  He later sold Sam to the Association for 120 pds.  The Forsyth Co. Genealogical Society is looking for any info and/or documents regarding the transfer.

	Erma,  I have seen the posting, but do not have the specifics on the transfer of slaves. This was likely William Ridge (Tory), who came from Rowan Co.
