Thomas Richardson last will and testament.

The name of God amen.  I Thomas Richardson of the Ceded Lands of Georgia ---being very sick and weak in or in perfect mind and memory thank now unto God Calling unto mind the Mortality of my Body & knowing appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this my last will and testament that is to say.
Principally & first of all I give and recommend my soul in the Hands of Almighty God that gave it & my body I recommend to Earth to be given decent Christian Burial at the discretion of my Executor nothing Doubting general Resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty powers of Touching such worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to blefs me in
... I give and bequeath unto Barbary my dearly beloved Wife one negroe Wilred Garrmah, one Negroe boy named Jack, one Negroe Child named Marry
... next of my moveable Estate Stock or Stocks Lands & Tenements by her for ---? and Enjoyed and I do hereby utterly disallow revoke & disamut all Testament Wills Legacies bequests and Executors by me in anywise aforemanded and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this & no other to be my last will and testament and I do hereby constitute and appoint Barbary my dearly beloved wife Jacob MCLENDON SEN. planter of the S. Ceded Lands to be sole Executor of this Will and Testament in Witness whereof.
