Owner Thomas Moseley to John Douglas for sum of 100 pds, 60 of which has been paid
... one Negro girl named AGA age 16 years

It is agreed that Moseley shall be at liberty to redeem AGA within 18 months on paying Douglas $200, or pay the balance owned of 40 pds in horses not more than 8 years old.

Thomas Moseley did on 6 November 1806 deliver to John Douglas
... a Negro girl called AGA  with condition that he might redeem her anytime within 18 months by paying back $200.  Douglas acknowledges the receipt of the $200 and releases title to negro AGA.
