DAVID PHELPS to OLIVER MORGAN both of Catahoula for $500 PHELPS sells to MORGAN on Bowden's Creek
... also two negroes DICK and KATE,
 30 head of hogs and all household furniture, if $500 not paid by 31 Mar. 1811.
