Monroe... ... When the youngest child of said son shall arrive at full age or marry, the said LUCRETIA and her increase to be equally divided among his children or their issue. ... The negro HARRIET BIRAM to be hired out and the proceeds of her hire equally divided among the children of testator's daughter Mary Bell; she and increase to be equally divided among the children of said daughter and their issue whenever it can be done, as HARRIET has been a favorite servant and testator does not wish her to be sold out of the family.
