Will of David Miller Sr.
Probated 28 June 1847
...to son David A. Miller the negro woman LINNA and any child she may hereafter have until she or the children respectively reach the age of 28 years, and then to be free.
...to son Joseph Miller negro boy FLETCHER LEWIS until boy reaches age of 21 years, then to be free.
...to daughter Elizabeth Barnes the negro boy ALLEN but he to be set free at age of 28 years.
The negro man NELSON to be free at age 28 years and until that time he is to be hired out from year to year or as executors prefer.
