...has given son Francis McCormick a $450 purchase of a (unnamed) negro woman, and at testator's death Francis to have the negro man PETER and negro woman CHARITY at their valuation, said CHARITY being wife of PETER.
...son Francis also to have negro boy HARBOUR at $800.
...has given daughter Mary Phipps one negro boy JOHN at $125.
...at testator's death Mary to have negro boy WILLIAM at his valuation.
...has given to son John McCormick Jr. one negro boy WILEY at $300.
