	William ANDRES To Mary LLOYD

	Whereas by virtue of an Execution to me directed from
Thomas BREWER Esq a Justice of the Peace in and for the
County of Orange bearing date the 23 day of May 1809 to
satisfy a judgement obtained before the said Thomas BREWER
Esq. in favor of Mary LLOYD against John ONEAL for the sum
of sixty Dollars with cost. Now know all men by these
presents that I William ANDRIS Constable having levied said
Execution on a Negro Girl Ailsey the said property of said
John ONEAL and having advertised the same Agreeable to Law
did on this day of June capose said Negro Ailsey to Public
Sale when Mary LLOYD being the highest and last bidder at
the sum of Sixty Dollars the said Negro Ailsey was knocked
down to her. Now know ye that I the said William ANDRES
Constable have by these presents do bargain Sell and deliver
the said Negro Girl Ailsey to the said Mary LLOYD forever
for the said sum of Sixty Dollars And I do warrent and
defend the title to said Negro as far as my office compells
me and no farther.

	Witness my hand and seal this 30 day of June AD/1809

	the Execution of the foregoing Bill of Sale was duly
acknowledged in open Court by William ANDREWS the Subscriber
