... wife: Elleanah during her life, my plantation where I now live, with negroes, stock, etc. At her decease plantation to be sold and the money equally divided between sons John, William, Robert, and Thomas, and daughter Suckey NOWELL and to son Robert certain negroes and stock and other to be divided between sons John, William, Thomas, and Robert and Suckie NOWELL. If son Thomas should die without heirs then his part to be divided among the other children.

... son Robert during his life, negro Lydia and then to his children 

Tract of land where son Robert now lives to be saved at the expense of the estate. Whenever this may be done the said tract to be divided as follows -
25 acres adj. son Thomas's line on the N side to be let out to my son Thomas, and the remainder divided by Mechack Branch and the land on the S side to belong to son Robert and on the N side to son Graves.
