Kemper, so I know that the slaves they purchased would have been taken back to Owen Co., KY, which is where they both lived. Likewise, I know that Richard H. Yancey was also a resident of Owen Co., KY. Richard's sister, Philadelphia, was married to Charles W. Kemper. Levi Kemper, and Nancy Marsh were also children of Tillman and Dinah Hitt Kemper and Samuel Matthews was married to their daughter Mary "Polly" Kemper.
