Soloman Hurbough wife Eve(Baltus/Balthis) records negro man
JERRY aged about twenty-two years and negro woman EDE wife
of JERRY appt. had no children at this time.

Witness to the Will and Testament of Solomon Hurbough, bear
date 25 day of September A.D. 1860 and was published by and
acknowledged by him Judge G. Gooch, the 27 day of March A.D.
1865

I submit this information from my family history records and
may be found in the Palestine Anderson Co. Courthouse
records of Old records wills.  Is appt. now on microfilm as
they were in process of placing these records on microfilm
in later 1990s.
