   In the name of God, Amen; I William Hudgens of Rowan
County & State of North Carolina being weak in body, but of
sound mind and memory, make this my last will and testament
in manner and form following - 

3. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth three
negroes named DAVID, HANNAH and JESSEE.

4. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Abott one negro
girl which she has now in possession named SILVY.

5. I give and bequeath to my little son William the tract of
land whereon I now live with three negroes, MILLIS and her
son JAMES and TOM.

6. I give to my youngest son Pleasant 4 negroes CHARLES,
CHANY, ISAAC and HANNAH.
