DEED FOR SALE OF SLAVE

State of Miss
Lafayette County    Received of A. A. Houston Six Hundred and Sixty five dollars in full payment for a Negro boy named Ben about eighteen years of age dark complexion warranted sound in body & mind.
Witness my hand and seal this 26th Feb 1861.
