James HENRY's Heirs to Silas Henry dated Harrison Co., KY 10 September 1866 Deed of land to "Silas HENRY a man of color a certain tract or parcel of land herein after described for the consideration that the said Silas Henry was to live with the said James Henry take care of his stock etc until the death of Said James Henry. And whereas the said Silas has performed all the conditions of said contract to be by him performed and whereas the said James Henry bound his heirs executors or administrators to make a deed, for the land hereafter described it being the same land embraced in the obligation afore said. And therefore this indenture made and entered into this 14th day of December 1868 by and between L.M. Henry, George W. Henry, and Elizabeth Henry wife of George W. and Elizabeth Henry wife of L.M. Henry, Newton Henry and Elizabeth Henry his wife, Elias Henry, W.J. Henry and Mary Henry his wife, Noah Henry and Louisa Henry his wife, John K. Gray and Marietta Gray his wife late Marietta Henry, William Godman his wife late Harriette Henry his wife, Colby Brooks and Ann Brooks his wife late Ann Henry, B.F. Jones and America Jones his wife, late America Henry, J.W. Rains and Celinda A. Rains his wife late Celinda A. Henry being eleven of the children and heirs at law of James Henry deed parties of the first part and Silas Henry party of the second part witnesseth."
