HENRY, Silas Deed of land, KY 1866 HARRISON CO., KY Deed Book 34, p.613-614 James HENRY's Heirs to Silas Henry dated Harrison Co., KY 10 September 1866 Deed of land to "Silas HENRY a man of color a certain tract or parcel of land herein after described for the consideration that the said Silas Henry was to live with the said James Henry take care of his stock etc until the death of Said James Henry. And whereas the said Silas has performed all the conditions of said contract to be by him performed and whereas the said James Henry bound his heirs executors or administrators to make a deed, for the land hereafter described it being the same land embraced in the obligation afore said. And therefore this indenture made and entered into this 14th day of December 1868 by and between L.M. Henry, George W. Henry, and Elizabeth Henry wife of George W. and Elizabeth Henry wife of L.M.
