To his son William his lot in Yorktown and (land in York County)... also one Negro boy Samson, one Negro boy Jemmy, one Negro girl Salley, and all her increase, when she is twenty-one.

To his daughter Martha Haynes one Negro woman Hanah and her increase, one Negro boy Guy...

To his granddaughter Martha Haynes, daughter of his son Herbart Haynes, decesed, one Negro girl Febe and increase...

His wife Martha Haynes......to have the loan of eight Negroes during widowhood, viz. Anthony, Will, Matt, Belfast, Gaby, Jack, Fillis and Lucy...
