... intending to undertake a Journey in a few Days.

... to my loving wife Tabitha Hatchett, during her widowhood
... 50 acres in which I now live including the house, three
Beds & furniture, negro woman LETTIA with her six children
LEVI & FRANCES, AMOS & SCOTT and SIMON & GREEN.
... to my son John Hatchett a Negro boy AMOS as his mother's
death.
... to my Daughter Elizabeth Kelly a negro boy SCOTT at the
death of her Mother.
... to my daughter Sarah Hatchett a negro boy named LEVI at
the death of her Father. ... and at her death to fall to
Fanny and one Negro Woman named LETTIA at the death of her
Mother.
... to my daughter Fanny Hatchett a Negro girl VENUS at the
death of her father.
... to my son Thomas Hatchett a negro Boy named GREEN at the
death of his Mother.
... to my Grandson Josiah Hatchett one Negro boy SIMON at
the death of his Grandmother, and one Sorrel mare, Saddle &
Bridle, one Bed and furniture, one Rifle gun at my death.

... my two Sons John Hatchett & Thomas Hatchett, Exrs. 
... they are hereby bound to give to my daughter Cenith
Ortey the Horses, Cows, Hogs & Beds and furniture, etc.
... to Ann Say's heirs $10 each out of the property above.
