Hatch, one made to the undersigned and the other to him, Walter Hellen, Jno McRae & Benj. Borden, one dated 11th February, 1845, the other, the 12th of the same month, both of record in the counties of Greene and Marengo, I shall offer for sale to the highest bidder on Tuesday the 27th day of January, 1846, on the plantation lately occupied by L. D. Hatch, near Arcola, about FORTY NEGROES, the Corn, Fodder, Farming Utensils and Stock of all kinds; -also the interest of said Hatch in said plantation and SIXTY OTHER NEGROES, -Also his interest in about 800 acres of Land on the Lower Tuscaloosa road, about six miles North-west of Greensboro'.
