one negro girl named PHOBE

An instrument of writing under the hand of Moses Hall
manumitting and setting at liberty a negro girl slave named
PHOBE about sixteen years of age was produced in Court by
the said Hall, and acknowledged by him and it is recorded to
wit: 
To all to whom it may concern, Know ye, that I Moses Hall of
the County of Nicholas and State of Kentucky do Empancipate
and set at liberty one negro girl named PHOBE aged sixteen
when she arrives at the age of Twenty one.  As witness by
hand this fourth day of August one thousand eight hundred”

A Deed of Manumission from Elizabeth Bell, therein
emancipating a negro woman slave named Libby Banket was this
day produced in open
Court, and acknowledged by sd Elizabeth Bell to be her act
and a Deed
for the purpose therein mentioned which is OR and thereupon
It is
ordered that the said Libby Banket named in sd Deed be
emancipated and
set at liberty henceforth
