Notes for JUDGE JOHN GRAHAM:
Orphaned at age of 3.  At the time of his death he owned 13 slaves.  His will reads in part:

"I will and bequeath to my beloved wife, Rebecca Graham
... one Negro boy named Henry,
... one Negro girl named Delpha,
... also one Negro woman named Rachel
... and one Negro boy named Nelson dead

ii. ELIZABETH CECIL WITTEN, b. 8 Jun 1776, Tazewell Co., VA.
iii. SAMUEL CECIL HOLIDAY WITTEN, b. 21 Marc 1778, Tazewell Co., VA; d. 29 June 1863, Spring Garden, Miller, MO; m SUSANNAH GREENUP.
