Jemimah GARNER widow of Archy GARNER to her children, sons Lewis and John daughters Patcy, Elisabeth, Nandy, Joanna GARNER Deed of Gift 23 April 1798 for love & affection also for better maintenance of sd Jemimah GARNER to Lewis and John GARNER land where I now live joining lands of Mr. COURSEY MR BLAIKLEY when they become of age unto daughters a Negro girl named PAT and her increase to be equally divided amongest them when the youngest daughter Joanna GARNER arrives to age 18.
