To his negro woman MILLY and her eight children JULIA, WARREN, CELIA, FANNY, ANNA, FELIX, ALFRED and URIAS their freedom to act and do for themselves, to be free forever,

Codicil: WILLIAM, child of JULIA, should be free and complete emancipated with all testator's slaves and servants
