... I Bequeath unto Charles Ellis so called Son of my Deceased friend Mary Furman the following Named slaves Viz.
... TYTUS, SCIPIO, FRANK, LYNDA, PETER, SAWNEY, CHARLOTT, KATE, SOPHIA, CREASY, and ISRAELL, CUMBO, LUCY, DASY, GRACE, and TENAH

... I bequeath unto my Nephew William Spencer one Girl Named PATIENCE, During his natural Life and should he die without lawful issue, PATIENCE then to go to Martha Smith Daughter to Eleaner Smith

... It is my will and Desire should I neglect doing of it in my life time that my Executors do without Delay Emancipate the Mulatto girl named DOROTHY or DOLLY Daughter of CHANEY and I  do give to Her for Her Support and maintenance.
