Hi all
this is another document that I came across in my research.  I
hope it will be of some help to someone.

Know all men by these presents that I Tilson G CREDLE
administrator debonis now of John T. DAVIS with the will annexed
under and by virtue if an order and decree of the County court of
Hyde made at the November Term A.D. 1857 of said court in a suit
instituted by men for the sale for partition of the slaves
belonging to the estate of said John T. DAVIS do for and in
consideration of the sum of Eleven Hundred and three dollars to
me paid by Alexander CARTER
... bargain and sell a certain Slave named PLEASANT, MARY ELIZA,
ROBADOR to have and to hold unto him, the said Alexander CARTER,
his executors, administrators & assigns forever.

This December 8th 1857.
