1. To his wife, Jean Cowan...his Negro wench during her natural life, and at her death the wench is to be sold and divided equally between his daughters, Sarah and Rachel

10. To his daughter Rachel Cowan ... after the death of his wife Jean, if the Negro Wench should have any increase they are to be sold with the mother and the proceeds are to be divided equally between his daughters Sarah and Rachel
