Written 8 January 1850

It is also my will and desire that if any of my Negro Slaves should prove disorderly or disobedient so that my wife Rebecca should think it best or to be for her interest, to sell them that she should have the power to sell the disorderly or disobedient slaves, which money shall be divided as above noted, among all my above named children
...In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and seal this day, 8th day of January A.D. 1850.
