I give unto my Beloved wife Barbary during her lifetime, my house and plantation on the south side of the public road and Three Negroes (viz) George, Amy, and Rosana

...after the death of my wife, it is my will and Desire that my Negro man George be lawfully appraised and that my Daughter-in-law Elizabeth Courtney to take him

...at the death of my wife that my Negro girl Rosana to belong to my son Ezra Courtney 

...after the death of my wife that my Negro woman Amy be sold

...after my death that my Negroman Sirous be sold
